Synopsis...a very dry and stable airmass will remain over the
area through early Sunday. Moisture will slowly return to
southern Utah late Sunday...then surge north across the remainder
of the state for early next week.

Well, that pretty much sums up the large picture. Here is the crude summary in terms of weather and winds. Details will be posted for each after this.

Sunday light and variable winds then northwest in the afternoon.

Monday starts with light south winds then increases rapidly to surface flow of 15+ mph. Winds to the NE in WY will stay lighter throughout the day and turn W across the I-80 corridor. Thunderstorms are possible late afternoon as the south flow pumps up moisture.

Tuesday morning a cold front sweeps over the area and sets a strong NNE flow across all of northern and central Utah. Drier air will follow behind this feature, but winds will stay NE over the next 2 days.

Wed - Thursday, winds become a bit wacky for the area, with an east flow aloft. This scenario makes it tricky to fly the Wasatch. Strong canyon winds and overall down sloping winds make the west facing Wasatch too windy. Jupiter may be the only option if this scenario sets up.
